You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Hmar Mal cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Subscription fees are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Hmar Mal reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice. Free plan users are limited to 60 pre-orders per month, while Basic and above plans include unlimited pre-orders.
Hmar Mal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
